  • You can sign up at the wash in person, or fill out your information on our website.
  • You will be charged for your monthly plan on the day you sign up and then you will be billed monthly on the same date.
  • A monthly membership is specific to one vehicle. Nevertheless, if you have multiple vehicles in your family, Hacienda Express offers discounts for a multi-vehicle membership. Also, if you are a dealership or fleet owner, we’ve got you covered with a tailored membership package.
  • No problem! Just come into the office at the wash and one of our customer service representatives will transfer your plan to reflect your new plate or vehicle.
  • We understand things happen. If you need to cancel your plan just stop by the wash and one of our team members can help cancel your plan.
